Service process

Step 1:  

   Contact customer service for one-on-one communication. Please explain your item situation, design ideas, placement, and size requirements to the customer service representative.

Step 2:

The customer service representative will recommend suitable work examples for reference. After discussing a simple design direction, the representative will explain the approximate costs involved. During this process, you will decide whether to send the items to our studio for production or to opt for self-installation (a small number of designs are suitable for self-installation). Once the representative provides the shipping information, you can send out the items.

Step 3: 

After the items arrive at our studio, they will undergo 12 unpacking processes to prevent any damage. This entire procedure will be recorded on video. Once unpacking is complete, we will provide photographs detailing all items along with their quantities for your verification. After confirming the condition of the items, a deposit of $59 will be required.

Step 4: 

   Based on the design requirements mentioned earlier, we will measure the precise dimensions of the items and create a physical design drawing. This process will take approximately 3 to 7 days.

Step 5:

We will provide you with the finalized design drawings, and communicate to make modifications to the details in order to finalize the production plan.

Step 6:

   In accordance with the design drawings, we will provide you with materials suitable for optional selection and upgrades (not mandatory). Once the final costs for the entire production are confirmed and deemed satisfactory, please proceed with the payment of the final balance.

Step 7:

   Once the frame has been completed, we will send you physical photos or videos for confirmation. If there are no issues, please provide us with your shipping information, and we will engage a suitable logistics company to deliver the items to you. The logistics costs will be charged based on actual expenses, and framing fees do not include logistics costs.

     物品到達我們工作室後,會經過12道拆包工序,以防損壞物品。這個過程全程有錄影記錄,拆包完成後,我們會提供拍照所有物品的細節和數量和你核對。確認物品狀態後,支付59美元定金。

第4步:
   根據前面的設計要求,我們會預估支出物品準確尺寸,製作實物設計圖,這個過程大概持續3-7天。

第5步:
   我們將做好的設計圖,提供給你,中間溝通修改細節,決定好最終的製作方案。

第6步:
   根據設計圖,我們向你提供適合選配和升級的材料(非必選),確認最終整個製作的費用,確認沒問題後,支付尾款。

第7步:
   製作框架完成後,我們向你發送實物的相片或影片,確認沒問題,向我們提供你的收貨資料,我們委託合適的物流公司郵寄物品給你。物流費用實報實收,裱框費用不包含物流費用。
